Do’s and dont’s regarding decking.

You must wait 24 hours minimum before walking on decks and replacing furniture once coated.

Please put felt under objects on decks and glue if needed to prevent felt from falling off.

All decking finishes will scratch if objects are dragged over the surface.

Most decking products are affected by high humidity, which can take coating longer to dry off completely.

Pot plants can leave marks and affect the coatings due to water pooling under and around pots.

The marks left from pot plants are not easily removed and a complete re-sand will be required to remove them.
